Hi @alexduncan10584,
How do you get it to reconnect after it has disconnected?
Does it only disconnect when you're connected to the same website or any?
Check in Event Viewer for any Critical, Error or Warning events that may be logged at the time the PC disconnects online.
Check in Device Manager > right click LAN network adapter (and WLAN adapter as well) > Properties >power management and check that the option to turn off the device is not enabled

Tithe disconnect is extremely brief it happens to the point windows doesn’t know it’s happening. Hardly shows in a ping test

If it's that brief, how is it affecting online use?
Does it also occur on other devices that are connected to the same Ethernet port (or if WiFi), in the exact same location as the PC? There may be some kind of interference occurring (EMI?) which affects the data signal and the adapter has to re-train the connection between the PC and the modem

Call of duty and other game services notice it
