I am currently trying to remove the hdmi to change it (real pain in the bum) and i just saw that one of the thing that need to be weld is missing, do i have to completely change the motherboard?

@sweet33718 you could simply run a jumper from the Via (the hole in the board to the contact of the new connector. Or you could even rebuild the solder pad. Repair pads are available (costly and not necessarily needed) Scape of the green masking (carefully and use something like a sharp scalpel and scrape the masking CAREFULLY away) and solder a single strand of wire to that and then the other end to the connector. If you have never soldered on a circuit board like this before, consider having somebody do it for you. It's not rocket science but it does need practice:-)
