My dog broke the cartridge itself but luckily I already order a new one but the main issue is that this small piece came off and I don’t know what to use to put It back on or if I have to solder
Any help would be appreciated 😊

@morenolimon hard to see but it appears as if the solder contacts on the IC are off. You can try a rebuild those. The IC will have to be resoldered to the board (if it is fixable) but not on the position you've marked. It goes on the other side. I marked it in blue. The position of the IC is also important so you will have to identify pin 1 on it. Take a GOOD CLEAR picture of the IC, both sides and post those with your QUESTION as well. Maybe we can see more.

@morenolimon I am sorry, but it sure looks like the contacts on the IC are a total loss. From what I see it does not look like it is repairable. If there is anything left at all, consider repairing it, but on your image, it does not look like there is.

@morenolimon That Is good. At least that way it is only the cartridge that is a loss and not the data.

Thats crazy :O one chip is missing, i think your dog eat it. Nintendo allready learn from this Cases, now Nintendo switch cartridge have taste, some horrible taste about children not eat them.
