My screen is not working properly there is some movement
My phone was working probably but after fall there is some black thing and screen shakeing

From your description it sounds like there's a good chance your screen is damaged and may need to be replaced. We might be able to tell a little more if you could add pictures and/or videos of your phone doing whatever it's doing wrong to your question.

If you do need to replace the screen, unfortunately iFixit doesn't have a guide to show you how, but I did locate one for your phone on a French site called SOSav.
