Laptop Update and battery replacement

Hey Guys,

Trying to upgrade a HP laptop db0011dx with a new battery and windows ssd, what things should I look out for when attempting to do this replacement? And any other tips would be greatly appreciated!

Well, I have a HP 15 db1069au and I had upgraded to a NVMe SSD and replaced the battery. If you wanna do that, look out for the following things:

  1. The specific battery model is HT03XL. I am not sure if other models of battery will work on this work.
  2. Upgrade your SSD: Look for an NVMe SSD with a minimum capacity of 256GB. This HP laptop supports only upto 2TB
  3. Are you planning to reinstall Windows on your SSD? If so, buy a Windows 11 product key from a reputable and reliable seller.
