How can I repair power windows and automatic door locks?

my 2001 Lexus RX 300 windows will not work. All except the drivers window are stuck in the partially opened position. They will not open further or close with the master control nor with the individual window controls. I replaced the battery in the key fob, with no change.

Door locks: the hatch lock and front 2 of the 4 cabin doors lock with the key fob but the rear doors do not. The master lock control from driver’s seat locks all but the rear driver’s side door.

In the passenger compartment fuse block located in the instrument panel (on the driver’s side), behind the cover (left side of steering wheel) check if the following fuses are OK:

Fuse # 25 Driver RR DOOR 20A Rear door lock, Rear power window

Fuse # 31 Passenger RR DOOR 20A Rear door lock, Rear power window

Fuse #32 Passenger FR DOOR 20A Front door lock, Front power window

If they're OK check:

Fuse # 4 CIG 15A Cigarette lighter, Outside rear view mirrors, Power door lock system
