Was it proven that the evap fan motor is faulty and not that it is a fan motor power supply problem (wiring?) or a control board problem perhaps?
If so here's a link to a part supplier that has a video that shows how to replace the fan motor. Search online for WR60X10185 to find suppliers that suit you best.
I cannot find the mini manual (GE part # 31-51362) online but here's a link to the service manual for the model series that shows in general how it is wired. You can purchase the service manual from here if it turns out that the motor was not the problem. In the end it may be a good investment rather than just throwing parts at it.
