Screeching Noise Presumably From the Noise Cancelling

The noise is only happening in the left earbud, it also affects the volume level making it distorted and loud. I assume it is caused by them falling out of my ears at work.

I have had the same issue. I know it's likely too late, but try turning the noise control preset to "off"
