What happens if you connect the charger to the phone?

Does the phone start to charge or do you get any messages etc?

If it starts to charge, allow it to fully charge and check if you can turn it on OK etc with the charger still connected.

If you can, then after it has turned on etc, disconnect the charger and check what happens.

If it doesn't start to charge or if it does but turns off after you remove the charger you may have a faulty battery.

If it is determined that the battery is faulty, search online for BL-49H1H to find suppliers that suit you best.
