Hello everyone.
After many test, I found out that one of the two big pins that goes into the power supply (the pin which is on the exterior side of the MB) is shorted (multimeter on continuity test mode).
From here, I'm a bit lost. What should I check to find out why it's shorted ?

1 pin leads to ground the other is for 12v, its probably the ground pin you are checking which isn't short

I received solution in between answers, I'll share here if could help : I tested components if shorted on the backside of south bridge. Seems it's this that is dead or have to be reballed.

@camillefer31941 what is your intial issue, no power, blue light ?
No power at all, even with working power supply and on/off button and wire.
