Hi, I’ve recently fitted a new lcd and glass to my iPad and it works perfectly in every way however when I got to seal the screen down so it’s flush with casting it turns off and won’t turn back on, it only turns back on when I take the pressure off the screen again, any ideas on what the issue is?

I'd disconnect everything, disconnecting the battery first. Then reseat all the connectors making sure they click into place. Then reconnect the battery, don't forget the battery screw. Then try it.
