Call Recepient can only hear my voice with my speaker on

Is the phone in a protective case at all?

If so remove it from the case and check if you can be heard OK when on a call.

If you can now be heard then perhaps the case was covering the voice inlet hole on the bottom edge, left hand side of the phone.

If you still can't be heard or if the phone wasn't in a protective case, then perhaps there may be fluff or lint blocking the voice inlet hole. Use a vacuum cleaner to try and clear it. Do not use a pin or probe to try and clear it as you may damage the microphone which is directly behind the hole.

If still no good start the phone in safe mode and check if you can be heard when on a call. If you can then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in "normal mode" between each uninstall to find out whether it now works OK or not. When it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and wasn't pre-installed on the phone when you first got it.

If still no good, you may have to try a factory reset and if still no good after that it's a hardware problem.
