What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product info label on the bottom of the laptop?
Do you mean the hinges themselves? (supplier example only).
If so knowing the exact model number is important as they're not all the same. It depends on the model series
The example above is for a HP 14Q-bu series laptop (part # 925356-001) whereas the part number for a HP 14Q-cs series is L23194-001for a model with a HD screen and L23195-001 if it has a FHD screen

Here's the maintenance and service guide taken from the support webpage for a HP 14q-cs0000 model (you didn't specify the exact full number).
Go to p.62 to view the HP part numbers for the hinges depending on the type of screen HD or FHD that is in your laptop.
Search online using the "part number only" to find suppliers that suit you best.
If you think that your particular model may be different again, in the support webpage linked above type in "HP 14q-cs0(insert the correct number as shown on the product info label on the bottom of your laptop)" in the "Search all support - What can we help you with?" search box and when your model appears click on the model number and then on the manuals link below the box to find the Maintenance and service guide for your model. It may turn out to be the same one as I linked but you never know.
