Do the earbuds show as being fully charged?

If so the batteries in the earbuds may be failing and need to be replaced. It happens, even rechargeable batteries have a life span.

Can't find a teardown video online but here's a video that may help.

Once you have opened the earbuds, look for the model number of the battery (printed on battery) and then search online using that information to hopefully find suppliers.

There are a few things that you need to check for:

1. When you put the earbuds in the case, does a white light appear. That light indicates whether or not the earbud is charging.
2. What percent does your phone say the earbuds battery level is at? That will let you know whether the battery of the earbud is actually being charged.

Often times the issue is that the copper charging contacts on the bottom of the earbud and the case become obstructed by lint and grime preventing a proper connecting from being made.

For the earbuds, try to find something thin enough to fit in the those holes and glenty clean off the charging contacts. I used a tiny flat head from my mini screwdriver set that i wrapped a small piece of papertowel around.
