The TV works but It stays on but black and has lines, it broke down because it was transported with the screen down and I think I shut up the weight of the frame on the panel, can anyone help me fix this?

If you damaged the display panel, the TV is not cost effective to fix. You can make up some money by selling the circuit boards inside the TV on eBay or a similar marketplace.
