How do I remove the hard drive and transfer files to another computer?
This computer has a black screen and will not turn back on, but I need to recover files from it.

Hi,
Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.
Go to p,36 to view the procedure to remove the HDD.
There are plenty of videos on YouTube that show how to connect the laptop HDD to another PC so that the files can be recovered

Some of the lap tops have removable hard drives look closely at it I didn't notice mine for a few weeks
