I see a light in the power button but computer is not turning on

Try a power refresh and check if that resolves the problem.

Here's the procedure:

• Disconnect the power to the AIO.
• Remove the coin cell RTC battery from the motherboard. Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the PC. Go to p.71 to view the procedure to remove the RTC battery. When the battery is removed check its voltage. If it is <2.5V DC replace it. The battery model number is stamped on the battery
• Press and hold the Power button on the AIO, for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
• Reinsert the RTC coin cell battery (should be +ve on top as marked on the battery)
• Reassemble the AIO, reconnect the power and check if it turns on OK.

If it turns on, there may be a message about the date and time being incorrect. This is normal as the BIOS has been reset. Once the D&T have been corrected the message won't appear the next time the PC is started.
