Why is my laptop turning off randomly?
After replacing my battery with a brand new one, that passes all the HP diagnostic checks, my laptop randomly goes off and I can't pin the cause to any particular event or action it just goes black and everything turns off. How can I go about fixing this?

Hi @timbar,
Check in Event Viewer for any Critical, Error or Warning events that may be logged at the same time that the PC turned off.
If there are they may have info that might reveal what's happening
