Machine Powers on occasionally after being unplugged but not switching

My machine had not had intense use as I only use it, its about 2 years old and after recent clean the machine power went off and only comes on if let unplugged for a long while. Fuse and wire to the back using a tester seems ok

I am going to open up but anyone had this issue

Sounds very much like changing out electrolytic capacitors will work in this case ... do the lot, but if limited, do at least those in the power supply stage. These components don't need regular use to fail... they leak after just sitting there after a few years. This is a common issue in many coffee machines too.
