reset maar niet aan te krijgen iemand die kan helpen?

Ik heb een jbl charge 5

Heb hem geresset maar krijg die nu alleen niet meer aan.

Alleen in de lader maakt hij opstart geluid maar wil niet verbinden

my box won't turn on anymore after i reset it...it only makes sound when i put the charger in but other ways it won't work...

@emsmss "it only makes sound when i put the charger in" are you saying that when you connect the charger your JBL works properly? It does not work without the charger? If so, that would mean that the issue is most likely related to a bad battery.
