I had this device for a couple years now and used it all the time now when I try to put a disc in it goes down but it goes back up all the time and then when I turn off this device, it goes down and up down and up please help me

If the CD does not get fully loaded, it will probably eject. Why it does it when you turn it off is strange. It may be needing new belts. It may be that the CD is getting fully inserted but the laser isn't seeing the CD so it ejects.
