I am unable to charge my phone with any of the chargers available..

Tanishq.U. Kumar get a USB ammeter and see if your phone even tries to charge. Check the charger cable and check the charging port. Make sure there is no debris or corroded, bend pins. If all of this is okay, you need to consider replacing the battery and possibly the daughter board with the charging port on it.
