What are you circling?

door

@thequacker They are the areas which heats when charging but nothing shows on screen nor it turns on. The charging light also wont show up

door

Looks like a short on the board causing heat build up. Ideally needs someone who works with smd to diagnose it correctly.

So which all components to replace or re-solder

Vybhav K it is not that easy. You will have to do some troubleshooting first. Remove the EMI shields. I just learned yesterday that on most of these you can just gently "pop off" the top. Then check your components for any damage and find out which once get hot. Before you do any off that you also want to make sure that you have a good (new battery) and get an USB AMMeter to see how many amps your phone is drawing while it is trying to charge. There are not standard components you can just change. You need to determine which ones and why they are getting hot.

U7000 and U9005 gets heated. Some parts above the U7000 also heats. Maybe due to heat spreading

Cannot find any damage. Will tell u the charge that the phone takes.

Also battery is fine. I got it checked

door

U7000 is referred to as the IC-POWER SUPERVISOR and is a S2MPS16X01-6030 PMIC U9005 is a S5C73C3X01-L030 Signal Processor. check the output voltages according to the no power state flowchart. If those voltages are abnormal it is the IC.

Check

ELVDD_4.6V=4.6V(C9037)

ELVSS_-4P4=-1.4~-5.4V(C9035)

ELAVDD_7P0=5.8~7.9V(C9040)

If those are abnormal replace U9005.

Ultimately you still need to see how many amps your phone pulls. It does seem to have problems with that charging/power circuit. How did you check the battery? A you need to do a load test on your battery to make sure it is working properly. If your Sub PBA has failed the demand on the PMIC could be to high causing it to heat up. Common failure is that board.
