Create a battery report to check the status of the battery.

When you have the report, compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value shown in the report

If the Full Charge capacity value is <30% of the Design Capacity value you may have to consider replacing the battery.

Here's the service manual for the laptop. In the Contents section click on Battery to find the section in the manual that shows how to remove the battery.

Replacement batteries are available online. Search for Dell 15R N5010 battery to find suppliers that suit you best.
