Patient monitor stuck on loading
The monitor is stucked at the loading phase and when that happens you can't even turn it off orless you remove the battery. I'll kindly appreciate any assistance

What is the make and model number of the device?

The patient monitor was made in China, the name on the nameplate was Nanjing Mineddy Medical Equipment. I have contacted them several times, but no response. There is no specific model on the nameplate but there is a serial number. Any help will be greatly appreciated
