I have a Redmi note 9. I can only use the phone if the loud speaker is turned on. I would like to backup to my PC and do a factory reset to see if it fixes the problem. Where can I download the backup and restore software

Hi, can't you do that via Mi Cloud? Usually, it can help us do the backup easily. If you want to take backup of your Redmi note 9 data to the computer, you can also ask for help from Mi PC Suite, Coolmuster Android Backup Manager, Local Backup, etc. They can all help us do the backup and restore easily. Just Copy all the file that are for you important and then format your phone and then recopy all your files (you Need ti Copy the files on a micro SD or in your pc)
