I would instal this great app TG Pro It will allow you to see the thermal sensors and the fan and if you get the full version the diagnostics it offers might help you on what's needed. Take a snapshot of the main window so we can see all of the sensors and fan data, you may need to adjust the window so you capture all of it. @zby67 - You'll need to talk with your ISP to properly setup the correct SMTP TCP port (default 587) as many alter it from the default to make it harder for DoS attacks.

Here's a good backgrounder on how Internet mail works Simple Mail Transfer Protocol

Well its clear the fan its self is messed up! Either its jammed up from dust and debris or just bernt out. Follow this guide to get to it Mac mini Late 2014 Fan Replacement Use a small soft paint brush and a can of can’ed air to carefully dust out your system using the air sparingly to push-way the loose stuff you created with the brush.

Here’s the needed part if cleaning the fan fails: Mac mini (A1347 Mid 2011-Late 2014) Fan, Apple P/N 922-9953

@zby67 - Just don't over do it! Many people pile on the TIM when only a very small pea size drop is needed. Think of it this way take a single sheet of face tissue and cut it into the size of the silicon chip (black part), now wet your fingers so you can roll it into a tight ball even thats too big! also note only one chip has paste on it.
