I repaired a jbl speaker that had the same issue. With the charger connector being plugged in and out, over time the charge port solder connections had cracked and came away from the board. 2 minute solder job and it worked as it should again. Sounds like yours might have the same issue.

how did you do this? I do not see any way to access the circuitry to fix it.
Where exactly was the cracked solder on the mother board? I have the board out of the speaker but do not see where a crack would be
@hammered88 where the charge port is soldered to the board.
Bryce Compton when you say charge pack I assume you mean the battery. If that is correct than you have to do some preliminary testing. First try a different charge cable/charge adapter. Next you want to try a complete reset.
* If that is still not working the issue may be your charge connector. Check and see if there is obvious damage like broken bend or corroded pins. Check for debris inside the connector.
If all of that looks good but still does not work you could be having a bad port or a bad charging circuitry on your circuit board. You’d have to tear it down and take a look at the board for obvious damage. Post some pictures of the board with your Question so we can see what you see. Of course, schematics or service manual is not available for this speaker.
I am having the same issue. I have pulled the mother board but do not see any obvious damage. I hooked a volt meter up to the board when plugged in, I have a reading at the port and to the circuit board but lose the power is not making it to the battery plug.
@hammered88 where are you measuring? What are you seeing? You will need to convert this to its own question and add some images so we can see what you see. hopefully we can find a couple of boards and see if we can track this all down.
Check that your charger and cable work.
Try them with another device.
Check that the cable is securely connected to the charger and to your phone.
Check that there's nothing in the port of your phone, like dust or lint.
This May Work,
Peter
