Operable Green Transparent Display

I just started an electronic repair business @ Alvarez Repairs please go and support :) Anyways my question is I am looking to purchase and iPhone XS online the seller says that the phone was dropped into a pool and he took it out immediately. He let the phone sit for 48 hours in rice which really does not do much but since then the phone powers on with a working display and everything but the display itself is a green transparent color. Could I fix this through a simple lcd change and cleaning of the internals with isopropyl alcohol?
