1 How come the replacement screen I bought doesnt match my phone?
I have an iphone x and was trying to replace my screen. On the left is the screen i received - it seems to have support brackets all the way around and does not fit my phone. However, my original screen does not have these brackets and is flat all the way around. Does anyone know what my problem is + why my iphone x seems to be different than the normal one?

if this is the correct screen…how are these tabs supposed to fit into what looks to be a flat bracket covering?

also comparing other iphones online, mine looks to be a bit different with this top area as well? anyone know whats going on here?

I have the same problem I bought a new screen for my daughter and it have these metal hinges but on hers it’s flat very confused did you find out what screen you needed I definitely need some help

I have the same problem but on my iPhone X there is no metal clips whatsoever it is completely flat even on the iPhone X there is no place for the metal clips to go it I’m confused
