Pro Controller Not Taking Power + Dead

Week 5 of the broken pro controller…

Hey everyone, so as the title says my pro controller is dead and not taking any power. I cannot figure out for the life of me whats wrong with it. The only, only thing I can possibly think of that is wrong is that the rumble motors need to be connected for the controller to turn on, which I don’t have a way of testing cause me being clumsy ripped the little orange ribbon cable there. I know that the battery is still good, the little gray power cable seems to be fine, and the front button assembly works fine as well. I’m hoping someone here can help me narrow down what is wrong or maybe offer some advice, it’s been really frustrating not knowing what to check for with so little documentation out there on this pro controller.
