Most likely the LCD display has been damaged by the fall and it will have to be replaced.
Here’s a video that shows how to do this.
Replacement display assemblies are available online. Just search for Samsung Galaxy Duos S7562 LCD display to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
If doing this yourself seems too daunting, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote to repair the phone.
