Would like to replace U7600 TPS51120
When I search I get variations of this chip. Not sure which to order! RHBT, RHBR etc.
What are these additional extensions?

Hi @cptnzod ,
Those variants normally indicate the manufacturing codes and factory ID, but on this chip it only refers to the packaging size and dimensions (which is only relevant for manufacturers) for example reel size and chip quantity per roll. You can have a read at this IC’s datasheet and it explains on the very bottom pages.
It doesn’t matter for you which one you order, both will work just fine.
