How can I replace my SD card reader
A part of the SD card broke off inside the reader and now it doesn’t read anything. How would I replace the reader?

Here’s the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.
Go to p.43 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the systemboard from the laptop. This will allow you to replace the SD card reader as it is hard mounted on the board.
You will need smd soldering skills and tools to do the repair.
If this seems too daunting, contact a reputable, professional laptop repair service and ask for a quote.
Alternatively a cheaper option is to purchase a USB card reader which you plug into the laptop’s USB port and use that instead. Just search online for USB card reader to find suppliers that suit you best
