Where to find LED error codes?

I've looked everywhere I can't seem to find the guide for led error codes anywhere. My laptop won't boot, I can get into bios but I have no idea what's wrong but I have a bad feeling. Power light is not the usual cookie and blinks 3 times.

Does this happen when the charger is connected?

You say that you can get into BIOS so presumably the laptop is passing POST OK and that it is simply not booting.

When in BIOS check if the BIOS has detected the HDD

Try holding the power button operated for >4 seconds to force shutdown the laptop to ensure that it has fully shutdown
