I have to change my iPhone 7 battery, and I have all the tool from iFixIt to do so
I just have to buy the battery but I wonder if I can take the “part only” because I don’t know if adhesive strips are included, or if I need to take the fix kit even if I already have all the tools, just to get the adhesive strip…
I really need for sure, thanks in advance for your help!

Sometimes, brand new battery has a strips. It cost circa 2-3$ everywhere.

Thank you for your effort, but I’m able to find other sellers, I bought a battery replacement for other phones on Amazon, or other places… but with the time, I really préfère buy on iFixIt fore this things, fount it more reliable, and it’s why I just want to know if part only include stripes or not… and/of if the battery stripes are mandatory… it’s crazy to not be able to get a reply on a question as simple… But very, thank you for your time and your willingness to help me

From what I can tell it looks like the new battery includes adhesive. If you have the tools, to do it, why not upgrade your battery? I order parts from Mobile Sentrix and us repair shops really love their extended capacity batteries. You don’t need a business to order from them either. It’s as easy as ordering from Amazon!

I’m pretty sure it comes with the part, but I would still double check. What I wanted to tell you, though, is that you can likely get the adhesive a lot cheaper than buying the fix kit.

The double check is why I ask here for get response from people who knows, not people’s that says in other word what is my problem… but thank you for the try! If you’re able to double check and know if it is included with part only or if I can do without, I’m eager to read you
