WH-X1000M3 ANC problem on the right ear.

i bought this headphone for about 10 months and all of sudden i experience a difference between the left and right and seems the left ear´s NC was work fine but the right ear wasn´t working right and the bass seems much higher than the left ear. the pressure on the right ear seems much higher than the left ear. i put the link hear so you can tell the differences. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1... i hope you can help me solve this problem.
