Dalton - just figured it out. If you fold down the vertical pole of the handlebars, as in to fold the scooter up - then there is a hexagonal, large … sort of shape, screw? it screws, it can become loose, and when it does it causes the displacement of the wheel from the handlebar, so tighten it, to the right - it’s a big hexagonal shape with six sides with just barely enough of the edges sticking out to tighten it. It surrounds the entire well through which the cable which goes through the handlebar pole down toward the wheel. Anyway, maybe this will help, that is definitely the problem, and the solution.

I have this problem. Did this fix yours? I can't seem to get mine tight

I tightened mine by rotating folded stem by handlebar counterclockwise beyond the normal turning range of the wheel causing it to misalign and tighten the nut, then doing the opposite (clockwise) while securing the nut with the flat screwdriver (not to undo the rotation). Had to repeat this 2-3 times before it became tight. Not the best design IMHO.

Which of the nuts did you secure with the flat screwdriver and how did you secure it please?

Those screws the joining the front with the main body (above front wheel). Loosen then up a little, then you should be able to align the wheel with the handle.

I tried to tighten screw like things that's not working still loose turns won't turn back. Not tight twist as before its loose
I had the same problem, there is a clamp with 2 bolts at the bottom of the steering column. These need to be tightened….. however I discovered if you tighten one too much before the other they can lose alignment rendering the clamp ineffective. If you loosen them both again and then tighten both a little at a time you can re align the threads and it tightens properly again.
Hope this helps someone

There are three nuts joining the front wheel to the handle, I have tighten the above 2 nuts but there is no way to get to the hexagon shape bottom one which is also loose! That's the problem..

Fold bar down.Turn handlebar looser to 6 o'clock counter clockwise .Then the screw bolt should be easier to loosen and then retighten as much as possible then use the handlebars to turn the rest of the way back to midnight position straight. I had a special wrench
