Broke the back of my phone and ordered a replacement. First time taking apart a phone. I cut through the small black cable to the right of the battery, but I’m not sure what it’s for and/or if I can get a replacement for it.

If you mean the cable as shown in this image from the ifixit OnePlus 7 Pro guide then it is a WiFi antenna cable.

They are available online. Just search for OnePlus 7 Pro WiFi cable to get results.
