voda tab mini 7..charging but not saving the power..ic problem

i have voda tab mini 7 ..its just showing that its charing but its not…not saving the power ..its a ic problem or something else?and how to fix it?

the battry is ok..i changed the battry but its still doing the same..its a charging ic problem etc etc
