There is either a faulty console or a faulty connection between the console and the control board. There could also be a problem with the control board but as one program seems to be working OK this is less likely
Here’s a link that may be of some help as it shows the parts for the dishwasher. There are other suppliers online if you decide that the console is faulty. Just search for DU943PWKB0 parts to get results
