If you click on either product you will find the spare part numbers for the components for the computer. H3Z81AA H3Z81AAR
There doesn’t appear to be a separate touchscreen assembly, only display panels so perhaps the display assembly is a complete module, LCD screen and digitizer. There is however a touch controller board shown in the parts list.
If you search online using the part number only in the search term of your browser there are some suppliers online
I couldn’t find a guide that shows how to dis-assemble the computer. The one guide that I found shows only how to upgrade it which may be a start

I was unable to find any parts related to replacing the digitizer . What I did was hold my thumb down hard in one spot on the screen , so the touchpad would not go crazy . Then I disabled human interface devices ( touchpad ) under the device manger menu. The damage to the touchpad digitizer is a crack but small , so I can still use with the mouse while I look for parts .
