How do I move my pictures from my Olympus tough camera to my computer using the
wi-fi capability?

I don’t believe this camera supports wifi connectivity. It should have come with a usb cable for transferring photos from the memory card to the computer. That is supported by information on page 54 of this document…

Of course you can always remove the memory card and read it on the computer directly with a compatible memory card reader. These are readily and cheaply available at places like bestbuy and walmart.
