Can the box be repaired?

I charge from a generator occasionally. There has been a trend of things pugged into the generator dying. I think by turning off the generator while the charger was plugged in, it may have dropped voltage under the acceptable range. What would this do to the box to make it not work, and how can it be fixed?

I’m on my way to best buy, where I’ll pick up a new one because I can’t work without the charger, but I’ll return that if I can get this one running again.

Any help would be wonderful.

Be healthy!

Generators can create surges which can damage chargers, power supplies and systems. I would strongly recommend getting a good surge suppressor for your system and its peripherals. Did you look at getting a UPS? Or an anti-vampire outlet strip? COMPLETE GUIDE TO VAMPIRE POWER

You selected a MagSafe charger what system are you using? Did you check the systems battery? Install this gem of an app CoconutBattery. Take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see Voeg afbeeldingen toe aan een bestaande vraag
