This is a follow up from the post - from 14 feb —
2-3 second grinding noise on startup
I replaced the fan. I think I may have damaged one of the electrical ribbons, so the new fan didn’t work. going to see if shop can fix. But also, still have the grinding noise even though fan didn’t work. Video attached. The hammering noise is outside.

That doesn’t sound like a fan issue. It sounds like the speaker has an issue. Like it sounds like the startup chime is distorted.
