Vivoactive HR activity button not responding/watch stuck @ tech screen
Hi,
I have 2 annoying issues on my Vivoactive HR watch:
- The activity start/stop button is not responding (not to short/not to long pressing) anymore
- when resetting the watch, by pressing the left button for >15sec, the watch gets stuck at a kind of tech summary screen showing software version/SN/time/temperature/… as you might see in picture attached,
Only once in a while, I’m unable to have the watch switched on, but then I’m stuck at issue 1 while all other functions work as they should (e.g. syncing with mobile/touchscreen is reactive/…)
Someone familiar to these issues & knows how to resolve them?
