Cleaning inside camera lens

I'm wondering what would be the easiest way to clean the inside of my iPhone 3GS camera lens. It has a lot of particles accumulated, and the resulting pictures are very blurry.

I want to avoid doing the whole "camera module take-apart" guide. Aren't there any other ways? Thanks for any tips!

short answer? no. the plastic lens is part of the rear case, to get to it you must take the motherboard out.
