I recently bought a Iphone 5s as an emergency phone. It worked fine for a couple of weeks but now it seems to be going haywire. It auto touches and opens random apps. Is it a ghost touch issue and how do I fix it???

@althafajmal replace the display assembly since this may very well be caused by the current digitizer on your current assembly.
