Windows does not start up

So last afternoon, i decided to open my pc up, right when it said: Starting windows…

it automatically switch to the start up repair thing (OS: Windows 7) and it does nothing

i checked the repair logs, it said: “Registry Corrupted" but i did fixed it thanks to some youtube tutorials, then it still switch to the startup repair even tho it clearly says: “Boot status indicated that the os booted succesfully” while it does not, i searched it on google and the only solution i found is system restore or something like that, but i dont have any of these kind so im kinda screwed

All data stored in pc are quite important and i cant lose it, i really need helps and ill really appreciated it, thanks!

Also, safe mode doesnt work, safe mode with command promt doesnt work, last configuration doesnt work as well all it did is open the start up repair and “Oh THE Os FaILEd To BoOt aNd IM fiXinG ThIng” “Oh NOThinG IS WrOnG The OS iS BooTinG CoRREctLy” “OH IT fAilEd to BooT-" and it just keep going around and i kinda feel like windows is trolling, i didnt download anything, all i did was just watch some nice youtube videos then turn off the pc”

Have you got a Windows 7 installation disc?

If so try to repair the installation using the disc.

no i dont, some people did said i can just download it online and use laptop to make a bootable usb but sadly i dont have a usb and the only thing i can do is borrow one
