HI!
My Cintiq 13HD’s plastic backing behind the control buttons has deteriorated and I have noticed the Radial Menu start to come up annoyingly often since. Is it possible that something is shorting the buttons circuit or is this just a software problem? If its the former, can you please help me how to fix it?

Test it with a different computer. If the menu still opens, its something shorting the buttons.
Since its a niche product you wont have a guide. You will have to carefully open it up and check for any damage.
